2024 taught us something profound: we are stronger with less. This year’s annual poster celebrates our choice to stay small, self-directed, and sustained—a “Company of One” built not by limitation, but by intention.

For all of 2024, we navigated thick and thin with just two and a half people. Remarkably, we made more money than in 2023, when we were a 10-person team. What does this tell us? What message did the universe send?
We are stronger with less.
This was the most profound lesson of 2024: we thrive when we have less and do less. We are stronger when we remain true to our roots—true to who we are and why we do this. Choosing to stay small is not a limitation but a deliberate decision. Not because we can’t grow, but because we intentionally choose not to.
We find happiness in less. Less brings more of what matters. Less makes us unbelievably profitable. Less enables us to care deeply for ourselves and those we work with. Less ensures our longevity—so we can keep going, as long as we wish.
Being small is a rare privilege, one that few will ever experience. It’s not something to be ashamed of but something to celebrate. As part of this team, you are part of something special:
Small – because small is the future. Small teams achieve what big teams only imagine.
Self-Directed – because we chart our own path, free from external noise, focusing on what truly matters.
Sustained – because long-term sustainability is our ultimate metric for success. It ensures we endure challenges and stay aligned with our vision.
2025 is the year of the “Company of One.” I’m excited to continue building this strong and purpose-driven team with all of you. Let this poster serve as a reminder of what makes us extraordinary.
