First Run Program - Terms and Conditions
Effective as of 5 May 2025
1 - Overview
The First Run Program is a time-limited, no-cost trial offered by Mutrack Co., Ltd. (“Mutrack”) to eligible hospitals. The goal is to allow participating organizations to evaluate the Dispatcher system in a real operational setting.
By joining the program, you (“Hospital” or “Participant”) agree to the following terms.
2 - Trial Scope and Duration
The trial lasts up to 4 weeks, following a mutually agreed schedule. The scope includes:
- Access to Dispatcher web dashboard and mobile application
- Up to 5 Android phones with SIM cards (provided temporarily)
- Workflow design consultation and training
- Live support and performance review
All software provided is the production-grade version used by Mutrack’s current customers.
3 - Eligibility Requirements
To participate, the Hospital must:
- Have 150+ beds
- Have at least 40 staff involved in dispatch-related services
- Be located in Bangkok or nearby provinces
- Be able to involve Operations and IT teams during the setup
- Demonstrate intent to improve internal service operations
Mutrack reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
4 - Obligations from the Hospital
Participants agree to:
- Provide internal resources to support data preparation, device onboarding, and coordination
- Return all loaned equipment in good condition at the end of the trial
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and a final results review
- Ensure that staff are informed and consent to being tracked during the trial for operational purposes only
5 - Loaned Equipment
- Up to 5 Android phones with active SIM cards will be provided for trial use.
- Devices remain the property of Mutrack.
- The Hospital is responsible for reasonable care. Lost or damaged devices may incur replacement fees.
6 - Data and Privacy
- No patient data is collected or processed.
- The system tracks only staff movement during active shifts and job data (e.g., type, time, location).
- Data collected during the trial will be used strictly for performance review and will be deleted or anonymized upon request.

7 - No Fees and No Obligation
- There is no cost associated with the trial.
- The Hospital is under no obligation to proceed with a paid rollout afterward.
- If the Hospital chooses not to continue, the program ends without penalty.
8 - Mutrack’s Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary setup, onboarding, and support resources during the trial
- Maintain secure and reliable access to Dispatcher cloud services
- Ensure data protection in line with our privacy policy
- Deliver a management-level summary report at the end of the program
9 - Postponement and Withdrawal
- Mutrack reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the trial if the hospital is not ready, becomes unresponsive, or cannot commit to the agreed timeline. The slot may be offered to another qualified hospital.
- If the Hospital needs to postpone, notice must be given as early as possible
- The Hospital may withdraw from the trial at any point, but must return loaned equipment promptly
10 - Intellectual Property
- All software, technologies, designs, and methods provided or demonstrated during the trial remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mutrack Co., Ltd.
- Participation in the trial does not grant the Hospital any license, ownership, or rights beyond the trial period.
- Any ideas, know-how, process improvements, or technical insights derived during the trial—whether directly or indirectly—shall remain the property of Mutrack. The Hospital shall not claim ownership or assert rights over such contributions.
11 - Liability Limitation
- Mutrack provides the trial system as-is, without any express or implied warranties.
- Mutrack does not guarantee any specific outcomes, operational improvements, or success metrics as a result of participating in the trial.
- Mutrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the system during the trial.
- The Hospital remains responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the system within its environment and for any internal decisions made based on trial data or insights.
