Who Is First Run For?

This program is designed for hospitals that are ready to improve how hospital internal logistics and services are managed — from porters and interpreters to other behind-the-scenes logistics. If your team is constantly balancing high volumes, unexpected requests, and tight schedules, Dispatcher is built for you.

We’ve found that First Run works best for hospitals that:

Hospital Size

150+ beds with operations across multiple buildings or service zones

Team Size

At least 40 staff involved in dispatch-related work (porters, interpreters, logistics)

Location

Based in Bangkok or nearby provinces for on-site support and device distribution

Stakeholder Readiness

Able to involve both Operations and IT teams for setup and evaluation

Digitalization Intent

Private hospitals (or similar organizations) with the agility to test and adopt new solutions

If this sounds like your hospital, reserve your First Run spot today. Seats are limited.

What We Ask From You

We’ll need some involvement from your team — mainly Operations and IT — to help run a meaningful trial.

If this doesn’t sound like the right time for your hospital, that’s completely okay. We’d much rather save both sides the effort than push something that doesn’t truly fit. Feel free to reach out anytime in the future — when your team is ready.

If Everything Still Feels Right, Let’s Begin.

Just a few details from your side, and we’ll begin the process on our end. No pressure. No obligations. Just a well-planned trial.

Frequency Asked Questions

Is this really free? What’s the catch?

Yes — the First Run program is 100% free. We only offer it to hospitals that match our criteria and show real interest in improving internal logistics. No contracts, no hidden fees.

What features will we have access to during the trial?

You’ll have full access to the same version of Dispatcher used in real hospital internal logistics operations, including: Web dashboard, Mobile app for agents, Auto-assignment engine, Team and hub configuration, Real-time tracking and reporting tools. For more information, you can read Porter and Interpreter.

Do you really provide mobile phones and data plans?

Yes. We provide up to 5 Android phones with data plans during the trial. They’re pre-configured and ready to use. Just return them after the trial ends.

What happens after the trial?

We meet with your team to review outcomes. If you’d like to roll out, everything is already in place. If not, that’s completely fine — no strings attached.

What support do we get during the trial?

You’ll have full support throughout: setup help, staff training (onsite or online), and daily assistance via Line or email. We stay closely involved from start to finish.

Do we need to involve our IT team?

Yes. Dispatcher is a cloud-based, lightweight, and isolated solution — meaning it doesn’t require integration with hospital systems.

However, we believe IT should be involved not just for network and access support, but also as policy advisors, technical consultants, and active evaluation partners. Their perspective is essential to ensure security, scalability, and long-term alignment.

What’s required from our side?

Mainly: participation from Operations and IT, a few hours of coordination time, and about 40+ users in the trial group. We’ll walk you through everything.

Is any patient data involved?

No. Dispatcher does not handle patient records. The system only tracks jobs, staff activity, and service locations.

What about staff privacy?

We track staff location only during shifts and only for operational purposes. You control who sees what. It’s transparent, limited, and fully aligned with work contexts.

Can we postpone after being accepted?

We understand priorities shift. However, since slots are limited, we may offer your spot to another hospital if things are delayed. You’re always welcome to reapply when ready.
