I don’t know why, but I still remember vividly the first time I met you two at our (old) office almost seven years ago. And I don’t know why, but I knew almost instantly that you were the ones. Not because of your degrees, but because of the spark in your eyes as I talked about what Mutrack was.
Maybe it was because you were both so fresh, open, and eager to learn—that’s what fulfilled me the most. I had the chance to guide and support you as you grew professionally. But above all, I thank you for teaching me the greatest lesson in building a business: that it’s all about building a team.
You were like sisters from the very first day. Toey, it was your 25th birthday cake. 🍰

The MMN Miracle - Wow, You've All Blown My Mind.
I think the three of you know just how much we enjoyed our time together—the challenges, the obstacles, all the praises and laughs, and even a few tears… and most importantly, all the meals we indulged in. I’m pretty sure we all gained a little weight along the way!
At the beginning of this internship program, I had no expectations other than getting to know you three. I simply wanted to share what I know and believe, to tell good stories from my experiences, and to hope that, in some way, they would resonate with you. My only goal was to guide you in discovering what you truly love as data science students.
What I received back from you was nothing short of a miracle—far beyond anything I could have ever asked for from a group of interns. Time and time again, you showed me what it means to never give up, to step outside of your comfort zones, to work as a united team, and to be humble enough to embrace failures with grace. I couldn’t be more proud of the incredible women you have all become.
The first day at Mutrack with small gift boxes—such a special moment. I love that you all loved the big bag. 🎁
You were the creators of MMN—the May, Mar, Nut processor—which became the foundation of our intelligent assistant. Your work was novel, creative, and highly valuable, both in business and academia. You stepped into unknown territory with boldness and commitment, and that’s why so many people outside admired you.
But that couldn’t compare to the feeling of accomplishment. We introduced you to a way of working—one we wholeheartedly believe is the right way. Small, nimble, mission-driven. I had the privilege of watching each of you grow, discovering more about yourselves and what you truly enjoy. From the first day to the last, it became clear to me that you had all gained more confidence in yourselves. And that was the whole point of the program. It was never about me or even Mutrack—it was deliberately designed for you.
In return, you three gave us the greatest encouragement of all. You showed me that we can still put hope in the younger generation. The kindness, humility, respect, and courage I witnessed in you reminded me why this matters. It inspired me to do more—to continue the internship program, to seek opportunities to work with fresh minds like yours, and to keep believing in the future we can build together.
The last day of the program—watching these girls grow into confident, competent women. Such a beautiful memory. 🦋
No one knows what the future holds for each of us, but I have no doubt that you will thrive in whatever path you choose. This program gave us a profound memory - whatever may come, this version of ourselves will leave forever.

You’re the Only One Who’s Ever Made Me Cry—That’s How Much You Moved Me.
This is a deep secret I rarely share.
Throughout my life, when it comes to work, there have only been two moments that made me feel so emotional I could hardly speak. Two moments when a sense of pride ran through every fibre and every bone in my body. It may sound like an exaggeration, but it’s not. And strangely, neither of those moments were about winning the biggest contract, being featured in the press, or receiving any award. It was something much deeper.
The first moment happened during the first month after we founded Inthentic, my first company. I walked into a bank to transfer our very first salaries to two teammates who had believed in us from day one. That money left our account—but what filled me was pride. I felt something I had never felt before: the happiness of giving, of being able to provide. That transfer wasn’t about money. It was proof that I could take care of someone. That I could create something meaningful. That I could change someone’s world—through work, through respect. And yes, that moment made me cry.
Since then, I’ve been waiting to feel something like that again. To have a moment that reminded me I’m still on the right path. That I’m building this team with love and integrity—and that it means something.
I never felt it again… until the day I read that draft.
