To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mutrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Services during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mutrack, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

Upon termination, your right to access or use the Services will immediately cease.
Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Mutrack reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website or otherwise communicated to you.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
